A native of Los Angeles, Sylvia Williams brings to baking not only creativity, but flair.
In addition to getting her culinary degree, she is also licensed cosmetologist, and holds a degree in public relations from Howard University.
Sylvia currently lives in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area, where Sweet Sylvia is based.
From cookies, bars, tarts, cheesecakes, cakes, fillings & buttercreams and specialties, SweetSylveelicious bakes it all!
